Ambassador’s Program Overview
The Hutto Area Chamber’s Ambassador Program is designed to promote the Chamber’s overall mission: To Serve and Support our Members Toward Greater Success. Ambassadors are the face of the Chamber with an important role in seeking, assisting, and guiding existing and potential members. The Ambassadors perform a wide variety of duties in the Chamber, but their main functions are to help promote the Chamber, welcome new businesses to the Chamber, and to make Chamber events successful and enjoyable for our members. The Chamber relies on the Ambassadors to aid in relaying information to and from members, identifying member concerns, and garnering support for the Chamber.
GOALS OF THE PROGRAM
- Welcome new members to the Chamber via goodwill calls and ribbon-cutting events
- Assist new members in maximizing their success within the Chamber
- Identify and recruit new members for the Chamber

We attend ribbon cuttings, social events, plus welcome new businesses and Chamber members.
As an Ambassador you are a part of a team that is committed to spreading goodwill to Hutto area businesses. Ambassadors have enthusiasm, good attitude, conviction and drive. Ambassadors participate in Ribbon Cuttings, Networking After Hours Events, Chamber luncheons, and member orientations. Ambassadors are always looking for new businesses to become Chamber members.
The biggest advantage you will gain as an Ambassador is becoming an integral part of Hutto’s business growth. Ambassadors enjoy being involved and making new friends. Ambassadors are the first persons to meet a new business or Chamber member which gives you an edge over other businesses. You have the opportunity to network with decision makers, the movers and shakers of our business community, and develop relationships that could benefit your business tremendously.
