The groundbreaking ceremony, held at 1149 New Technology Blvd., marks a pivotal moment for Paradigm as they expand their operations to meet growing demands within the semiconductor industry, bolstering their contribution to central Texas’s economic landscape.

Managed by MW Builders and initiated on June 17th, the $10 million expansion project is slated for completion by April 2025. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing domestic semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and reducing reliance on international sources. Paradigm’s specialization in CNC machining and cleanroom assembly positions them uniquely to support semiconductor production needs.

The expansion is expected to create between 50 to 75 new jobs, representing a notable 15-20% increase in Paradigm’s workforce. This expansion underscores Paradigm’s commitment to advancing economic development in Hutto and underscores the region’s attractiveness for tech industry growth.
