The Website Optimization Specialist will partner with Marketing and Product leaders to develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for optimizing our web portfolio. Reporting directly into the Digital Platform Manager, they will drive prioritization for optimization initiatives and work closely with Marketing, UX and Technology teams to execute optimization goals.
The Website Optimization Specialist is responsible to develop an actionable plan to continuously improve the in-market performance of the website and digital marketing programs and collaborate with Marketing and Technology to bring the plan to life.
Position Responsibilities
Site Merchandising Strategy
Work directly with cross-functional internal and agency partner teams across UX strategy, design, SEO, content, development and operations, to drive new and optimized web experiences.
Test & Learn Strategy
Use customer and market insights to develop hypotheses and create a test-and-learn plan for improving experiences and functionality across the web ecosystem. Optimize in-market experiences to meet customers’ needs and channel KPIs through continual testing and adjusting based on customer behavior.
Conversion Optimization
Set up event and conversion tracking that aligns with campaign goals; maintain attribution schema to measure media performance; work closely with cross-functional colleagues to improve the performance of closed-loop lead generation programs.
Campaign landing page best practices
Bring past experience and a daily curiosity about performance reports to optimize landing page performance, especially for lead-generating campaigns.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce and/or online lead generation
Auburn Hills Operations Center
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.
